Anne Leigniel Hong Kong 2 weeks performance with 14 invited artists-Dec 2017 Charbon Art Space

I have been questioning my art practice through kendo training during several years. The resulting body of work is made of 4 parts using drawing photography and video.

The KendoNight video is the last part of the series. Thank you to Takahashi Sensei from Geidai Dojo in Ueno, Tokyo who made it possible. The two kendoka here are performing in the dark which is unusual but made them discover a new dimension of awareness.
